About
We build the capacity of your managers.
OHA is an organizational performance and leadership development firm. Recovery science is our method: we measure the load your managers are carrying, intervene on it, and re-measure at 90 days.

Our Story
A practice room that became a measurement discipline.
Our Toronto practice space filled with the same profile of person, week after week: managers, clinicians and founders whose roles were consuming their capacity to lead. We started measuring what was actually depleting them instead of guessing.
That work became the Capacity Cycle™ — five stages, always in sequence — and organizations began asking for it by name. Today we run diagnostics, cohort programs and annual partnerships across North America.
Where We Are
Three years of measured work.
What We Believe
Three commitments that guide our approach.
Performance starts with human capacity
Sustainable performance depends on a team's ability to think clearly, decide effectively, and stay engaged under pressure. We don't simply ask individuals to manage their stress better — we work on the conditions that let them bring their best.
Results, not just good intentions
Every intervention is designed to produce observable change. We combine evidence-based practices, real-work application, and measured outcomes to understand what actually works.
The same rigour at every level
Managers, teams, or executives: we apply the same standards of quality, measurement, and accountability. Because building a high-performing organization requires strengthening human capacity at every level.
