This policy explains what OHA Wellness collects through this website and during organizational engagements, and how that information is used.
When you contact us through this website, we collect the name, email address, organization and message you submit. We do not collect payment information on this site.
During an engagement, we may collect survey responses used to measure capacity and load. Those responses are analyzed and reported to the client organization in aggregate.
We use the information to respond to your request, deliver and improve our programs, and report measured results to the client organization. We do not sell personal information.
Measurement results are reported at the group level. Individual responses are not reported back to an employer in a way that identifies a participant.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and we apply reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to support@ohawellness.com. We respond to requests within a reasonable period.
