Corporate wellness — Toronto

Corporate wellness workshops and events, designed to be worth the hour.

OHA Wellness is a Toronto-based sustainable human performance company. Corporate wellness experiences are one of our service lines: workshops, team resets and event segments built on stress regulation and recovery, delivered onsite, virtually, or at our Toronto space.

Organizations we have worked with

What does OHA Wellness offer Toronto organizations?

OHA Wellness designs corporate wellness experiences — workshops, guided sessions, team resets and events — for organizations in Toronto and across Canada.

Sessions can run at your workplace, virtually for distributed teams, or at our Toronto space. Content is built around stress regulation and recovery rather than generic wellness activities.

What is the difference between corporate wellness and sustainable human performance?

Corporate wellness is an experience; sustainable human performance is a measured program. A workshop gives a team a shared reset. A performance program measures capacity, diagnoses the dominant load, intervenes, and re-measures at 90 days.

Both are real work. They answer different questions: one is about the day, the other is about the number at the end of the quarter.

What formats are available?

Most engagements fall into one of four formats.

  • Workshops — a facilitated session on a specific pressure your team is carrying
  • Team resets — guided recovery and regulation sessions for a team under sustained load
  • Events and offsites — a designed segment inside a larger company gathering
  • Recurring series — a scheduled cadence across a quarter or a year

Who are these sessions designed for?

HR, People & Culture, L&D and team leaders who need something concrete for a team under pressure, and who want the content to hold up with a skeptical audience.

Does OHA work outside Toronto?

Yes. OHA Wellness is based in Toronto and works across the GTA, Ontario and Canada, onsite where travel makes sense and virtually where it does not.

How does a wellness engagement connect to a longer program?

A workshop or event is often the first contact. When an organization wants to know whether pressure is affecting retention or decision quality, the next step is a Capacity Diagnostic rather than more sessions.

Where to go next

If you are scoping a single session, write to us with the date and the team. If the pressure is structural, start with the measurement work instead.
